இறுதிச் சுற்று (Iruthi Suttru)

Iruthi Sutru

Overall

Good direction… Good action… Good movie… main story is about the politics in Indian sports spoils the skilled sports men’s life as well as Indian sports worth. The movie spots the wrong activities of the selection committee members.
“We can’t create the Champions but we need to find them.”
We can see most viewers ‘stand, claps, sound’ for some scenes in theater. The Proud director.

Direction

I can’t to believe this film from the woman director. I need to point out the women director concept here for; we can feel some touches in the movies1, we didn’t get that feel in this cinema.
Way of direction and method of getting work from actors hats off.
We can see the effort in every scene. We can enjoy the whole movie.
After declaration of Rithika’s final match the father character fix the pirate cable for his TV, during the final match the father character said “she will never win” and pray for her then mother takes stick to beat him and smile when she saw he pray for her, at the climax Rithika jump and sit on Maddy… these scenes feel reality and enjoyable too.
We can say more words for her and her effort.

Characterization: The strong characterization

Hero {Madhavan}

Maddy did hard work and show that effort too… When he enters into Chennai with the bullet that remembers Maddy’s “Alaipayuthe”… The whole movie he lives on the role. He is the pillar of this movie.
He maintains his hard character for the whole movie at the last he felt and melt in love on Rithika… Perfect work
He changes himself for this film and attended training for boxing and went to gym he maintains his body as well…. All people know these details are. But, he changes his act in this movie. His acting style totally changed in this movie.

Heroin {Ritika Singh}

Rithika is another pillar of this movie. She shows her real boxing skills ok we know hmmm but she acting more than that… Her reality in boxing, acting, smile, attitude,… say wow
She looks cute and she looking cute in this movie…

Sister of Heroin

She did main role in this movie. Good characterization and work.

Nazar

As usual Nazar did and live the role well… Perfect actions in his intro scene, react to Maddy and say “I am always junior coach and will be too”, and at the climax he react to Radharavi silently. No words to say more he did his job better.

Ratharavi

First his character makes think about why Radharavi for this small role?! At the climax he shows his full character wealth. He did smart act.

Other

Director don’t waste and spent time on more characters. Just use some additional characters and quit them correctly.

Music

Santhos Narayanan did wonderful job. He did match music for the movie. Nice work and feel on songs pretty good.

Screenplay

Usual screenplay but feels good… The twisting scene in the first half end, the continuous victory of the game from the heroin’s wake, etc...

Drops

1. She might avoid the selection chairperson character to “Zakir Hussain”. He already did the same role in “lee” movie.
2. Maddy’s drunken scene with Nazar. This scene only gives the same feel of past Maddy’s movies.
3. The climax fighting scene. This gives the same feel from “Real Steal”, “Padri”…. The director may pay consideration for this.
4. Hero, heroin, Nazar, Radharavi, Villain, The girl’s mother these characters only scored well other characters didn’t act well.

Note

1 Women direction movies.

Transporter 3

10 Endrathukulla:

Hero already knows heroine, he don't know about kidnaping a woman even after he saw her in his car. Heroine already fell in love with hero and she was never trying to escape from him in any situation.

Transporter 3:

Hero don't know the heroine before he saw her in his car. Heroine do fight with hero for escape from him, after fell in love she stays with him.

Baahubali and Adimaippen

Baahubali the movie is the recreation of the movie Adimaippen. Baahubali releases July’15, then Adimaippen released on 1969.

Story:

The king’s son saves his mother and people from the ruled dictator’s leadership and slave ness.

Characterization:

The widow mother:

The main lead character of the movie “the mother” character. Pandari Bai who played the mother character in Adimaippen and Anushka Shetty, who played in Baahubali in the mother role.
In both movies the villain, ties the iron chain on the mother’s hand the put her into the separated jail due to her son grew up. She makes the challenge for her son will come to survive her and remove the lock. She stays in the same place for some more years and waiting for her son.

Adopted son (Hero):

Dr MGR played this role in Adimaippen, and Prabaas played this role in Baahubali. The son (hero)
separated from his mother on his childhood. When he got power to stand against and before the enemy he got to go for save his mother and his people. He fell in love with the girl in grew that practiced to save his mother and people.

A girl in grew (Heroin):

Jayalalitha played this role in Adimaippen, and Tamanna played this role in Baahubali. A heroin has to meet the hero and say about the fight against the villain and save his mother (the way of telling story has been changed. The hero never known that she is a mother of him until he rescues her).

The Villain:

A. S. Asokan played this role in Adimaippen, and Rana Daggupathi played this role in Baahubali. He
loves the mother character as one side, and has to desire to kill her and her son when his love failed. He put the lock and chain on the mother’s hand.

The body-guard:

R. S. Manohar played this role in Adimaippen, and Sathyaraj played this role in Baahubali. He is a body-guard of villain.

Baahubali

Director S.S. Rajamouli made some changes in screenplay and worth it. He avoids some characters from the source movie (i.e., Pavala Vaalee sister of the heroin, etc…). Good screen play and magnificently computer graphics is another big support and visual effect score well. Technically and for screen play the director gives his worth. He did study of the types and methods of the war. He defined some old weapons and how to use that all (i.e. the twin edge spear, chained handle ball,
etc…).

The positive point is he didn’t make the conclusion of the movie he put the unforeseen twist on the end of this part. Good work of S.S. Rajamouli, and tnx for giving a good movie.

Pisasu and Irukku aana illa

Irukku Aana Illai

irukku aana illa
irukku aana illa

Venkat (Vivanth), is a software engineer who is unlucky in whatever he does and is a sore loser. He is often taunted by his colleagues and is a loner. His only friend is Meenakshi Sundaram. One day, his boss at work admonishes him in front of the whole office for his performance, so in sadness he gets drunk that night and is involved in an automobile accident, where a young girl Divya (Eden), is killed. He panics and leaves the place and goes to his house. In the middle of the night, he wakes up to find that the spirit of Divya has followed him to his house and only he can see and hear her. It seems that Divya does not have a clue of who she is and is also stubborn that she would not leave the house unless Venkat helps her uncover who she is. He consults a doctor Mathrubootham (Y. G. Mahendra) who says that the existence of ghosts is true and he should stop whining and start helping the soul and make it rest in peace.

Hilarious incidents unfold, as Meenakshi and Venkat get in the process of finding her identity. Due to Divya's talkative nature, Venkat now is comfortable with the idea of getting along with the ghost, and he becomes friends with her. She also helps him in changing his personality and helps in giving him a makeover and induces his self-confidence and he gains respect from his colleagues and friends and even girls try to get his attention. One day, a pickpocket steals his purse and Venkat catches him and when he demands his purse, another wallet falls out with the pictures of Divya. He asks the thief where he stole that from, and finds that it is Divya's mother's wallet stolen from a hospital.

With this clue, Venkat and Divya go to the hospital where she remembers bits and pieces of incidents. She says that she has a mother and an identical twin sister Kavya (Eden). Kavya is sick with respiratory problems, that is the reason she was in the hospital. She makes Venkat visit her mother and he befriends her. One night, as Divya looks at her ailing sister in the hospital, she finds the doctor Rangarajan (Raviraj) sending out the nurses and injecting something into the IV bottle. She is suspicious and informs this to Venkat and his doctor Mathrubootham. With Meenakshi's help, Venkat steals Kavya's case file from the hospital on Mathrubootham's request to analyse it. Mathrubootham finds that the sedations given to Kavya are of heavy dosage and there is something fishy about this pattern of treatment. When they investigate further, Divya finds that Dr.Rangarajan is planning to steal Kavya's heart by making her brain dead and transplant it to a wealthy person for a huge sum of money. Venkat, Divya, Mathrubootham and Meenakshi try to stop this racket, but the doctor cleverly manipulates Divya's mother to agree for a surgery using Kavya's deteriorating health as bait. Meenakshi, Mathrubootham and Venkat are manhandled and locked up by goons when they try to prevent the surgery. So, Divya takes the matter into her hands and possesses Dr.Rangarajan as he is about to start the surgery. She makes him slit his own throat and commit suicide and the surgery is stopped. After a while, Kavya regains consciousness and Divya is at peace and she says she loves venkat and she leaves after a final adieu to all of them.

As Meenakshi finishes narrating this story, he says that the next day, when Venkat opened the door, he found someone standing at his door. She was a woman identical to how Divya looked. The movie ends here leaving the aspiring director as well as the audience to wonder who she really is,Kavya or Divya again ?

Pisaasu

Pisaasu
Pisaasu
Siddharth (Naga) is an upcoming violinist in Chennai who stumbles upon an accident where a teenage girl (Prayaga) is lying in a pool of blood. He rushes her to the hospital with the help of an auto driver and a couple. However, he is too late and the girl passes away holding his hand. Traumatized by the whole episode, Siddharth comes home with one of her slippers. He then drives around the city aimlessly with his red car while helping homeless people, unable to come out of the depression due to the girl's death.

After the incident, strange things start happening at Siddharth’s apartment. He begins to feel a supernatural presence at his house. The house is cleaned up even if he makes it messy and his bottle opener goes missing whenever he tries to drink beer. With the help of his best friends, he employs a psychic to exorcise the ghost but she turns out to be a fraud and is scared out of the apartment by a strange apparition. Siddharth also came to realize that his next door neighbour's autistic son plays with an imaginary friend. When Siddharth's mother (Kalyani Natarajan) comes to visit him, she is hit by a drunk neighbour (Harish Uthaman) who is abusing his wife (Kani Kusruti). The neighbour is then attacked by a mysterious ghost. The following day, the mother meets with a freak accident in the bathroom and is saved by the ghost who alerts the neighbours. But Siddharth mistakes that the ghost had attacked his mother and threatens the ghost that he would kill kimself and come as ghost to take revenge on her. Many rituals of various religions to drive the ghost away were performed by siddharth but everything is proven futile and the ghost continues to stay. Also, A petty thief is also stabbed while trying to steal from Siddharth's apartment.

Siddharth is assured that the ghost of the girl whose life he tried to save is behind all these strange occurrences and goes in search of her family to see if they can help get rid of her. He finds that girl's name is Bhavani and her father (Radha Ravi) runs a local ice factory. Siddharth confronts the father and asks him to cremate his daughter to save him from her ghost. Siddharth brings the father to his apartment to show him the ghost, when his mother calls from the hospital to tell him that it was actually the ghost who has saved her life. Bhavani's father then tries to see if the ghost is actually trying to protect Siddharth. When the ghost appears as expected, her father begs her to come home with him but she continues to remain at the apartment. Siddharth understands that Bhavani's spirit never meant him any harm.

Realizing that the only way Bhavani can rest in peace is by bringing her killer to face justice, Siddharth and his friends attempt to solve the mystery of her death themselves. They track down the auto driver that helped Siddharth save Bhavani and he tells them that he saw a green car driving away after the accident. They then manage to track down the green car at a shady workshop. The driver turns out to be a young man who stole an orphaned child from the hospital since he and his wife cannot have children of their own. The driver's cousin who was in the car that day tells Siddharth that she saw the actual car that hit Bhavani that day and that it was not green but red. Siddharth then goes back to the auto driver and asks him to differentiate between red apples and green ones, which he cannot since he is colour blind.

Finally realizing that he is the killer, Siddharth goes to tell Bhavani's father the truth. The ghost tries to stop him but he still reveals the truth. Overridden with guilt, Siddharth tries to commit suicide. Bhavani's spirit saves Siddharth from committing suicide by cremating her own body that her father had preserved all this time in the ice, thus moving on to the next world. the girl's father comforts Siddharth saying that he is a very kind hearted person and he would have never done that intentionally and that is why his daughter fell in love with him and stayed with him.

We here the same story from both films.

Hero kills heroine as accidentally. Hero and heroine both fell in love after the heroine’s death.
Hero make search and find heroine’s family.
Heroine’s soul saves a life of someone that they were needed in her life (her sister in IAI, his mother in Pisaasu).
Finally heroine left hero. Here the twist in IAI (Irukku aana Illa) a girl came to the hero but we don’t know who that girl is. Is she the heroine? Or her sister?

Finally we have two different screen plays with two movies from same script. Both are genuine and good movies. Thanks to directors
